Eurasian Community Fund Education Awards 2024

The Eurasian Community Fund (ECF) Awards Ceremony 2024 was held at the Eurasian Community House on 14 September, where students were awarded Distinction, Excellence, Merit Awards, and Scholarships. Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower, Second Minister for Trade and Industry, and Minister representing Eurasians in the Cabinet, graced the afternoon event as guest-of-honour.

In June, the EA increased the Per Capita Income (PCI) eligibility from $1,200 to $1,600 per household, enabling more students to qualify for bursaries and scholarships. This year, over 300 students will receive awards, a 21% increase from 2023. New enrichment activities, such as 3D printing, cooking workshops, and a 1-to-1 home tuition programme, were also introduced to help students grow academically and personally. The EA remains committed to providing holistic opportunities for Eurasian students.
