In line with Registry of Societies guidelines, the Management Committee has decided to conduct the AGM via a virtual platform on Saturday 15 August 2020 at 5:00pm.
As the AGM will not take place at a physical venue, you may only attend it by logging on to an electronic platform. All members whether Life, Ordinary, Associate Life, Associate Ordinary, Junior or International members may attend the eAGM. To attend, you must register in advance through a registration form. Return the form to the EA’s General Manager:

*If you attend the eAGM, the EA will send you a $20 voucher as a token of appreciation after the meeting. To qualify as having attended the eAGM, you must click on the link on Saturday 15 August, the day of the eAGM. Registration alone will not be sufficient. The voucher will be mailed to you by 21 August 2020.
