Applications for the 2024 EA Education Schemes have closed. Look out for the 2025 schemes in early 2025.
The Eurasian Association is committed to advance the academic achievement of all Eurasian students and encourage them to strive towards their goals. There are numerous programmes for students from primary to university levels. We work together with donors, benefactors and other organisations to ensure that Eurasian youth are supported in their academic journey.
The annual Eurasian Community Fund (ECF) Education Awards Ceremony was inaugurated in 1996. It signals to the Eurasian community the importance of achieving academic excellence and encourages students to excel in their studies. There are several awards, bursaries and scholarships for primary, secondary and tertiary students in different award categories, which help to defray education costs for students and are also presented to those who achieve outstanding academic results.

People’s Association Scholarship Programme
The People’s Association (PA) offers the PA Undergraduate Scholarship to exemplary students with a passion for youth, active ageing, arts & culture, social development or community leadership.
PA scholars will have a rich experience of community organising and leadership, and can look forward to a fulfilling and challenging career with many opportunities. 2024 applications have closed.
SOF-Peter Lim Scholarship
The Singapore Olympic Foundation (SOF) set up the SOF-Peter Lim Scholarship with a S$10-million donation from philanthropist and sports enthusiast, Mr Peter Lim. The driving force behind the Scholarship is the desire to ensure that no promising young athlete, committed to chasing his sporting dreams, should be hampered by financial considerations.
The Scholarship aims to help young deserving sports talents from humble backgrounds to achieve their sporting goals and support under-18, high-performing athletes to pursue sporting excellence in their chosen fields.
Joseph Schooling Sports Grant
This Grant provides a S$5,000 cash award to defray training and/or equipment costs that might be incurred in pursuit of sporting excellence. It aims to motivate and assist sports talents from humble backgrounds who demonstrate that they can balance their academic studies with the demands of their training responsibilities in order to achieve their sporting goals.
Applicants between 14 and 19 years old who have won a bronze, silver, or gold medal in the following competitions - National Schools Competitions, SEA Games, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, or Olympic Games - in the prior 12 months are eligible to apply.
